Hello there! I am Henderick Ng, a CEA Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with PropNex Realty. I’m also the writer of articles for RealtySense.SG and own and operate it.

Prior to real estate, I served in the Singapore Public Service for much of my professional life, attached to numerous government agencies. I’ve served at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), where I was involved with the development and regulation of the FinTech industry. I’ve also previously worked at the Central Provident Fund Board (CPFB), Singapore’s national Social Security Fund, where I was responsible for risk management.

I also have extensive experience as an entrepreneur, having been one for over 8 years beyond my time in the Singapore Public Service. I love bringing ideas to reality, and have established a number of organisations across a variety of sectors. That includes operating my own food & beverage business as a hawkerpreneur, as well as other enterprises in the automotive and commerce sector.

I have a solid academic foundation in Banking & Finance, with my specialty in asset management, and I’m currently enrolled in my Bachelor’s degree program at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). I also have a Diploma in Banking & Financial Services from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

I’m confident that my real estate expertise and professional background will enable me to a provide a distinct viewpoint on real estate property ownership and asset growth to my clients while also providing the greatest possible level of care.
